When is a true prophet a true
prophet?
Might not it be when one is
willing to stake his life on the
absolute truth of their claim?
There were such prophets in
Israel.
Moses says: “…if the word does not
come to pass or come
true….”
(this is
the mark of a false prophet)
A false prophet in the old Israel
was stoned to death.
